• Exchanges & returns are available within 48 hours of delivery only.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Orders cannot be opened or tried on with the courier.

• Shipping fees apply for all exchanges and returns (100–150 EGP depending on location) and are non-refundable.

• Returns are not allowed on discounted items. Exchanges are allowed if all conditions are met.

• Any signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage will result in rejection.

✦ Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.

• الاستبدال والاسترجاع متاح خلال 48 ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب.

• يجب أن تكون القطع غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية، مع وجود التاج والتغليف كما تم الاستلام.

• غير مسموح بفتح أو تجربة الطلب مع المندوب.

• رسوم الشحن تُطبق على جميع عمليات الاستبدال والاسترجاع (100–150 جنيه حسب المنطقة) وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد.

• لا يُسمح باسترجاع المنتجات المخفضة، ويمكن استبدالها فقط في حالة استيفاء جميع الشروط.

• أي منتج به آثار استخدام أو عطور أو مكياج أو تلف لن يتم قبوله.

في حالة استلام منتج تالف، يُرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة مع صور واضحة وسيتم استبداله بدون أي رسوم شحن إضافية.
